Payment is required in advance to access Anytime Courses.

*Where possible, this is greatly appreciated as it avoids additional fees and delays in transaction time. If you are happy to pay via bank transfer, please let me know.
In the case of overpayment (e.g. an automated payment sent accidentally on a week off), I aim to refund the amount as soon as I see the payment alert come through. Please note: if you pay by bank transfer, I will require your bank details to return money to your account.
Refunds are not available for lessons which have already been released (i.e. any parts of the course for which you have already been provided the video link).
If you have paid for a course and decide partway through that it's not for you, I can refund the full fee for the rest of the course (any lessons for which you have not yet been provided video links) minus a £20 admin fee. This covers time spent setting up your study schedule, processing the refund and other related tasks.
If you have any requests or complaints, please get in touch and I'll get back to you as soon as possible within my business hours.

In the event that you need to cancel a lesson, please get in touch as soon as possible. The quickest way to reach me is by email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation/no show fees are as follows:
*If you have already paid for your lesson in full before having to cancel, 50% of your payment will be refunded as soon as possible. Alternatively, this amount can be put towards future sessions.
If you realise you're unable to make our agreed lesson time, it is occasionally possible for us to reschedule to another timeslot within the same week (Mon-Fri). If so, I do not charge a cancellation/rescheduling fee.
If you have paid for a lesson and cancel more than 48hrs in advance, I can provide a full refund.

If one or more people in a Closed Group class quit while others continue, I may need to adjust our lesson fee. Such instances will be handled on a case-by-case basis in conversation with the parties involved.
