An Update on the Ippo Ippo Language Exchange

Thank you to all of those who came along to yesterday's Language Exchange! It just so happened that we had a wonderful match of levels, and I was really impressed with everyone's conversation skills.

If you've been following the Ippo Ippo Language Exchange, you may be aware that yesterday was, for the time being, our final event. That's not to say it's totally over - just that for now, I'm taking some time to work on some new ideas.

It's been just over a year since the first event in April 2021, and it's been a great run. Sometimes it's hard to tell if events like this are truly 'going well', but having heard from several people that they've stayed in touch with people at the events, I think that counts as a pretty big success for us all!

I love language exchanges as a way to bring people together, so watch this space for more similarly-minded events coming in the near future.

Thank you for your support, and I wish everyone the best in their language learning adventures!

Elly
